Shiv Kumar Shrestha joined FlexTecs in 2012 and is responsible for managing overall training and development for the company. Shiv started his career with FlexTecs as a Recovery Audit Analyst then moved to Learning and Development from 2013. He is also responsible for developing and managing the Nepal team of Contract Compliance, and Keying projects.

Shiv is MBA graduated from Bharathiar University in 2012.
