Sudan Chapagain is an accomplished professional with over 11 years of experience in retail and commercial auditing, operational management , and budget and P&L management. He joined FlexTecs in 2011 and quickly made an impact, taking on the responsibility of creating and growing the FlexTecs Nepal. Under his leadership, the FlexTecs Nepal has expanded its workforce to over 300 employees and achieved significant operational efficiency and output.

As the President for the FlexTecs Nepal, Sudan is responsible for overseeing the P&L,HR, governance and overall operational development of the FlexTecs Nepal. His expertise in budget and P&L management has enabled him to steer the FlexTecs Nepal towards profitable growth, while also ensuring that it maintains high standards of audit efficiency and production quality.

Sudan earned his bachelor of Business Studies degree from Campion College in Kathmandu in 2010, and has since demonstrated a passion for delivering excellence in all aspects of his work. With his extensive and proven track record, he is poised to continue driving success for FlexTecs in the year to come.
