Nilma Karmacharya Karki, Audit Operations Manager (UK), joined FlexTecs in 2013 and was promoted into her current role in January 2020. She is responsible for supporting cross-functional teams to increase productivity and client satisfaction with our services. She is involved in formulating strategy, improving performance, developing efficiencies and effectiveness with appropriate resource allocation.

Nilma has over 9 years of involvement within the recovery audit industry, working for most of the leading retailers, groceries in the USA, UK and Europe. On top of that, she has also gained 6 years of experience in the Administrative and Accounting profession from a Holding Company in Nepal.

Nilma has acquired Master’s Degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University.
