Operations Manager (Asia)

Prajwol joined FlexTecs in 2012 and has been given different roles over the years where his success in different roles of the organization has earned him the position of Operations Manager for Asia region. He is responsible for the overall service delivery to Asia clients which includes operational delivery of our audit projects, ensuring the targets promised and overall service satisfaction. He is also overlooking staffing, resource allocation, audit development, forecasting / budgeting, training, and development.

Prajwol has over 10 years of experience within the recovery audit industry within which he has acquired experience on US, UK, and Middle East regions and has overseen growth of clients in every region. Having traveled for extended periods of time onsite at the client's location, he has gained international exposure to the business. His key interest lies in optimizing the audit processes through automation and use of technology to all aspects of the projects.

Prajwol holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Thames International College (affiliated to Tribhuvan university) University and is currently in the process of getting a Master’s Degree in Business studies having a specialization in Finance from Nepal commerce Campus (affiliated to Tribhuvan University).
