Operations Manager (North America)

Research Shrestha, Operations Manager of North America, joined FlexTecs Nepal in November 2011, and was promoted to his current role in October 2016. Working at FlexTecs since its establishment, he is responsible for the overall service delivery of  our North American clients which includes ensuring client satisfaction with our services, operation delivery of our audit process, and ensuring audit guidelines + developing work modules for the team in the Nepal center. He leads a team of 80 team members and internally, he is responsible for staffing, resource allocation, planning and execution, audit development, training and development, and overall production delivery.

Research has over 11 years of experience within the recovery audit industry. He has extensive operational and leadership experience including team leadership, production, business development, executive collaboration and communication, and new service implementation. He is committed to developing innovative solutions for achieving a wide range of financial management strategies and the optimal use of key technology. Outside of FlexTecs, he is involved with Youth Organizations including YES (Youth Engagement in Sustainability), TUDE (Tourism Development Endeavors), and AYON (Association of Youth Organization of Nepal) for social causes, environmental issues, humanitarian, and disaster relief efforts.

Mr. Shrestha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Master's Degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University.
