Sapan Dulal, Human Resource Manager, Joined FlexTecs in 2024. He is responsible for Leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department.  He works on the implementation of strategic decisions affecting all management levels to create sustainable change within FlexTecs.

With over 9 years of experience in Human Resource field, he brings in wealth of knowledge and expertise in shaping the FlexTecs’ overall culture and work environment.  He is passionate about creating an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to achieve their full potential.

Mr. Dulal holds a master’s degree in business administration with Human resources as specialization from Kathmandu University.
